Moon Salvo (Lunatic Full Burst Mode) is a Last Word that does a great variety of benefits. However, it can also break any Paralyzed barriers at 3P, making for helpful breaking along with its 4 Earth breaks. Indolence: Life and Spirit Stopping (Mind Stopper) does the same but for Accuracy, which is not as useful as Evasion debuffing.
Illusion Wave: Red-Eyed Hypnosis (Mind Blowing) holds 3 Moon breaks and decreases all opponents’ Evasion by 2 levels for 3 turns, with 1 further level given to whoever was initially targeted. After that are her spells, which emphasize crippling her opponents further. Both of her basic attacks hold utility with elemental breaks at 0P, with Earth on Lunatic Machine Gun and Moon on Lunatic Rifle. B3 Reisen can be exchanged for 250 Exchange Points, which is 100 less than L80 Alice.Įven with a sealed ability, Codename Soldier makes up for the inability to use finger guns by replacing them with heavy laser and missile firepower.

Like other Ultra Festival Reruns, B3 Reisen has Descending God Crystal Step-UP, which provides free 10-pulls while paying for more God Crystals at the start (although in total, a Descending Step-UP costs less than Ascending Step-UP by 100 God Crystals). On the other hand, none of the other currently running Friends really outperform Reisen, and given her rather generous runtime, as her prayer lasts until September 2nd, you have a good amount of time to decide on picking her up. While extremely strong, the co-runner, L80 Alice Margatroid, is definitely stronger in terms of viability, as Relic Friends can easily triumph over Ultra Festival Friends. Reisen is a mainstay to the frontlines, packing heavy defenses and easy HP restoration via passives. She can also restore barriers via her Last Word and skills, and of course show off some extreme power thanks to very high Hard scaling. B3 Reisen primarily serves as an Evasion debuffer with some team utility in the form of Yin DEF and Yang ATK. Not that she needed backup in order to be capable. B3 Reisen Udongein Inaba, the Lunar War Soldier, is the third of the six Lunar War Combatants to return in a rerun prayer solo compared to their duo-reruns or the Lunar War Ultra Festival Collection.
